Welcome to the Terengganu State Court Official Website. Alhamdulillah, the highest gratitude is extended to the presence of Allah SWT for all his abundance and mercy. First of all, I would like to express my appreciation to the Terengganu State Court Website and Portal Committee who always strive to improve this official website.

The Terengganu State Court is a government department under the administration of the Office of the Registrar General of the Federal Court of Malaysia (PKPMP). Terengganu State Courts handle criminal and civil cases in their respective jurisdictions. The Terengganu State Court consists of the Kuala Terengganu Court Complex which houses the High Court, the Sessions Court, and the Magistrate's Court. In the districts, there are the Kemaman Sessions and Magistrates' Courts, Besut Sessions and Magistrates' Courts, Setiu Sessions, and Magistrates' Courts, Dungun Magistrates' Courts, Marang Magistrates' Courts, and Kuala Berang Magistrates' Courts.

The development of this website is one of the initiatives taken by PKPMP to help meet the needs of interactive and informative information distribution to the public. Through this website, stakeholders and the public can access various things such as access to the reasons for judgment for cases that have been decided, access to the list of causes for courts that use the Court Management System (CMS) application, e-auction system, Court Complaint Management System, MYC2C Portal and more. The PKPMP has also improved the payment method for filing fees, fines, and bail payments where payments can be made by debit card. The introduction of ePos and eJamin is a continuous effort by PKPMP to improve cashless payment methods. I hope this website can benefit all visitors. I also welcome any suggestions to improve this website.
